At the May 14, 2009 Board of Directors meeting the USOD bylaws were updated & approved for implementation.  A second revision will be structured through the USOD Governance Committee to focus on policies & procedures for the board, fiscal operations and other priorities. This is the directive for the second half of 2009 for the Governance Committee.

Currently the Board is accepting new applications with the final selection to be installed July 2009.  Please download and submit electronically or by snail mail the following Board Member Application. If you have any questions or any computer difficulty with the application please contact the USOD office.  Additionally let the office know if you would like to speak to a current board member.
